Beautiful Street Sign

The Rotary Club of North Penn has begun planning its annual outdoor Lansdale Day celebration on Main Street, downtown Lansdale, PA. This event is held annually on the first Saturday in June, this year, June 4, 2016, and is the club’s major fundraiser for the year. The proceeds from this successful event are donated to local charities in the North Penn community.  Recipients from the past few years include:  Easter Seals, Laurel House, Manna on Main Street, North Penn Little League, Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, North Penn Scholarship Awards, North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club, North Penn YMCA, Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, RSVP of Montgomery Co., The Peak Center, Variety Club, Kelly Ann Dolan Memorial Fund, Trucks for Maddox, and many more.

The main attractions for this wonderful event include: an Arts Festival, with a juried invitational showcase of fine artists, selected artisans and crafters; a Community Marketplace, which is an ideal place to network with various  sponsors, local businesses or civic organizations and non-profits; and Pet Alley, dedicated to pet related items and organizations. In addition, there will be lots of delectable food, great music, entertainment, tented stage, many fun activities in several staging areas, including the Rotary cash raffle drawing, food courts, new car show, dog agility show, zip lining, 'El Toro' the mechanical bull, petting zoo, children's activities, the Lansdale Farmer's Market, and the North Penn YMCA Kugel Ball 5K race/jog/walk.  The expected attendance for this event ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 visitors and is dependent on the weather.

This year's event is being co-chaired by Bob Law and Tony Jannetta and again our show manager for the past thirty years is Stephanie L Seidner of SLS Productions, which focuses on professional  fine arts, selected artisan and craft show management and is now joined by Tammy Skiermont, Club President-elect as additional Show Manager.  We welcome her aboard as the show is increasing in size every year.

We are looking forward to your participation in this event.  This is a wonderful opportunity for you to reach thousands of potential customers to sell, demonstrate, network with the community and showcase your business, generate referrals, educate the public to your area of expertise, and expand mailing lists, all under one roof.
